This mornig was the NATIONAL CHEMISTRY QUIZ!!~ yaaay... glad that it's over man... the test that was set was actually a really good one and i though i did okay-ishly. Hopefully, I get like a Distinction or HD, ==" i doubt it though. I swear, it took me quite a while to process the first question and to get into the mood of the test, so i had to like read it over and over again. I wasn't sure about the blue precipitate question, like which substances formed a blue precipitate with cobalt chloride. That was confusing. And amazingly, there were a lot of working out mathematical questions. gee. but that was good.
Then it was back to PHYSICS~ muahaha... LOL. We used formulas to work out questions for kinetic energy and potential energies and then did a crossword... then i kinda forgot... >_>
Recess i bought like toast with melted cheese on top, and it was sooo nice. it was yum yummy~ ^^ yeahh... and sushi. After that was the tedious Commerce. We didn't have our normal teacher, i have no idea why and got like a very strict teacher. Nearly fell asleep when we were watching a video on crimnial law. At least the time passed pretty quickly!~ -ding ding-
Lunch came. Got my NSG HOODIE!!~ Lunch went.
MATHS TIME!!~ we revised over a past paper for the Westpac maths competition. oh mann... ha. i got the first 10 questions right so far... and then i did the rest just now. Up to like question 20... it was like meh~ and did educational guesses. Then came the last 5 questions and i just gave up. I never ever get them right. and why is it soo hard to work out?!? Maybe i'm just brain dead currently. yah... then food tech and spend the whole lesson, watching the teacher do a practical demonstration. Rolling a pastry and adding butter, over and over again, and thinking how fat we're going to become eating that, next next week. there was like 160g of butter. how fattening. ~chubby time!~
Me and Elaine went to the city after school , since we had nothing to do before the information night. First thing we did was to meet my mum, after the successful meeting! we rushed to the toilets. hurrah! you didn't need to know that much. And so me and elaine walked around Market City, looking into shops and just picking at the clothes, commenting on each one. Trying to find suitable formal dresses. But failed. We went to Morning Glory in there and in China town, and i bought bread and puffs~ yummy. XDD
Mummy then dragged me off the 'Feminic' to try on formal dresses. Made me try on a lot!!!~ Of course, at first i didn't want to, i mean i really can't be bothered taking my clothes off and trying on revealing dresses, and freezing myself. Well in the end, i did. DD: Then there were high heels in the change rooms to let me try, and they were soooo high! I was like -wobble wobble-
They chose, purple, pink and black dresses. The purple one i thought made me look fat around my hips and bluntly, my bum. Pink was just too pink for me. I liked the black dress with white kind of frills at the bottom. It was just a bit too big for me around the chest area. hahahaha... well. apparently, i'm going to get that dress~ hurrah. if i do, then the formal dress matter will be over and done with. hoho. then time to torture elaine with dresses and all that kind of stuff!~
Got to school just in time for the speech. Although i heard everything Mr Jones said a hundred times already before. Then me and my mum walked around the stands talking to the teachers. and thinking hard about my subject choices. now, i think i have different choices to before. I actually like this idea:
- 3 unit maths
- 2 unit english
- physics
- chemistry
- ancient history
- PD/H/PE
Those are like totally random for me. But it covers a wide range of stuff. Out of all the subjects i do, i am the worst in english and maths. But i'm a really good all-rounder since i'm practically good at every subject we do in school. BUT i don't excel in any one subject, so that's a problem if i become too focused in the maths and science areas. I do like those areas the best though. I want to do 4 unit maths in year 12, but then since my marks are not very high, that means, in the actualy exams, i won't do too well. whichi frankly sucks. I'm still going to try though. HA. my parents think that i'm too dumb for 4 unit maths. Well, you never know, i just might not be. ^^
yay! now i'm getting sleepy and exhausted. my eyes are sore again. boohoo~ T-T
